At Glo Aesthetics & Boutique, we value the time and commitment of both our Guest and our Team. To ensure fairness and maintain availability for all guests, the following terms apply to all appointments:
COURTESY APPOINTMET REMINDERS
As a courtesy, we provide;
- Confirmation at the time of booking
- A reminder 7 days prior to your appointment
- An additional reminder and final confirmation request 5 days prior to your appointment
Reminders are provided as a courtesy only; the absence of a reminder does not waive cancellation terms.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- A card on file is required at the time of booking your service(s).
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the service total is required to reserve an appointment.
- Deposits will be applied toward your total balance at the time of the service.
- A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
- Changes made with less tahn 72 hours' notice-- including cancellations or reschedules-- will result in forfeiture of the deposit and will be charged to your card on file.
- Same day cancellation or rescheduled appointments will require full payment and charged to your card on file. Payment of all scheduled services must be made before rebooking.
- Unpaid cancellation fees will result in cancellation of future appointments. Repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
COURTESY CHANGE POLICY
- Each client is allowed one complimentary cancellation or reschedule per calendar year, porvided the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Addditional changes made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the debposit.
- If the courtesy change has already been used in the current calendar year, any future short-notice changes will be subject to our standard cancellation terms, which may include deposit forefeiture or applicable fees.
LATE CHANGE POLICY
- Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full service amount. This charge is non-refundable.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking an appointment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms. These policies are in place to respect the time of our professionals and to ensure appointment availability for all guests.
